The Claims
Support Professional Association consists of national networks
of specialty firms and noted individuals who provide adjusting,
consultation, investigation, mitigation and the restoration
of property, which is subject to coverage as a result of insurance
losses.
National Headquarters
We have
hundreds of member companies across North America who are
ready, willing and able to assist with local needs.
The mission
of the association is to present national networks of qualified
claims specialists to the insurance industry, to promote a
high degree of professionalism and to provide advanced specialty
training in members' fields of expertise that facilitate the
claims settlement process.
Further, it is the resolution of the association to seek out,
and include as members, companies that offer specialized technology
or products to meet the needs of the insurance industry; as
well as companies who offer training programs to meet the
educational goals of the association.
All applicants
for membership must provide a completed questionnaire and
summary of related specialized training that pertains to the
claims support process. Specialists must provide proof of
their professional status and expertise in dealing with claims
support.
Members also subscribe to a commitment to better understand the claims
documentation and settlement process to easily work in harmony
with other insurance professionals involved.
