Today, the First General Services network consists of independently-owned and operated offices specializing in all phases of property casualty restoration throughout the United States and Canada.

Member companies offer clients full documentation of the claims file, including line-item scope of costs with zip code modifiers, appropriate photographs, progress reports for the claims handler/carrier and mortgage company, and, if contracted by the property owner to complete the restoration, a one-year warranty on all work performed is included.

They handle structural and contents cleaning, deodorization and restoration and are ready to handle any scope of damage from private to commercial. Many are Certified Restorers and have been recognized in numerous "Remodelers Magazine’s Big 50" contractors issues.
